A: That’s a pain, but it’s also a pain for us if you do not have an email address or if you do not have

won’t qualify as a Maid with The 24/7 Group. This part is a really big deal, so before you do
email us, please have those requirements taken care of in your life.
Q: Can I just send you a quick message that says “Hey, I’m interested in this job, call me”?
A: You can, but we delete those, so it is a waste of your time. Please follow the directions listed at
the top of this page, or we will delete your inquiry.
A: You’re right, it isn’t that hard, and sure, there are plenty of well-qualified people who don’t read
the directions correctly – or at all. But there are a lot of people out there applying for the same
jobs, and you have to make yourself stand out. Your first test is to be one of the few that actually
follow directions. Following rules is very important for this job. We can’t contact every person,
so this is the first step to filter through applications.
Q: Can I call you and ask questions about the position?
A: You can email your contact info to us first, and we’ll follow up. Please remember that you aren’t
the only person emailing us, so we try to answer all of your questions in these FAQs to save both
of us time. We only call applicants to follow up on their contact info, not ask questions that are
already answered on the website. Once you apply for a Maid position, if we have a place for
you, we will contact you, and you will receive further contact information and be able to ask
questions not addressed here at that time.
Q: I sent you my contact info and haven’t heard anything. Can I follow up with you?
A: Sure! We get a lot of applications and it’s possible that one slipped through the cracks or never reached us due to a technology failure.
Q: How long does it take to hear back regarding my application?
A: Generally speaking, you should hear back from someone within a week to begin the process. The
entire process can take a week or two from the time you send us your first email.
Q: I have a criminal record. Will you hire me?
A: It depends on what it is. Naturally some things we have done in the past will keep us from
working in certain industries in the future.
A: If you have a question about our legitimacy, peruse our website. However, there are several
reasons:
1. We started the business before we had a website, and don’t want to change the address to avoid confusion with older clients.
2. If you try to send us an email but you type in “bikinimaidservice.com” incorrectly, then if anyone else has a similar URL, such as “s” at the end of service, your email may go to them, even if the beginning of it is different – it may go to their admin. We will never see it, and you will never know you sent potentially confidential information to the wrong email address. There are other similar URLs in use, so we opted to not go that route. You still have to type the address correctly for our address obviously, but if you mistype it you are much more likely to have it returned to you so that you will be aware there is an error.
Q: Can the clients touch the housekeepers?
A: No. Clients cannot be within arms reach of housekeepers.
A: We would like to, but we aren’t quite there yet. Feel free to apply, but we cannot guarantee hours
at this time.
Q: Do I have to supply my own dress attire in bikini and lingerie?
A: Yes. You get paid very well so we do not provide the dress attire for our Maids.
Q: I want to have a full time job and work as a Maid just a few hours a week. Is that okay?
A: Yes it is. Many of our Maids work a full time occupation and then work as a Maid to make some
real good money part time.
Q: I want to work full time. Is that available?
A: Most likely not, but it can be. We try to pay well enough so that you don’t want to work full-time
and have time to enjoy your life. We look out for the team like that. However, we will help you
reach whatever goal you have when it comes to full time hours.
A: Not at this time. We hope that changes in the future. This is currently an independent contractor
role.

Second, after you call The 24/7 Cleaning service, we will go over our current "HOURLY SPECIALS" for new clients.... and answer any questions you might have.
Together, we will figure out if our sexy Maid service is right for you and your busy lifestyle, and how many cooking/cleaning hours you will need to purchase
...for your first cleaning appointment....at your home or office location.
Third, a $75 non-refundable deposit will be collected via a debit or credit card for your first scheduled appointment.
The $75 non-refundable deposit will be credited towards the price of your first cleaning/cooking service appointment.
Our cooking/cleaning service is a tax deductible business expense if you own a business. Your credit card statement will show up as The 24/7 Group.
Fourth, The balance due will be collected by the Maid, at the time we arrive for your first scheduled cleaning service appointment.
Generally, the turnaround time for an appointment, after contacting the Dust Bunny Maid Service,
for a sexy Maid to be at your door, takes 2 to 3 days, depending on our Maid's....and your schedule availability.
Q: Can I see a picture of the Maid, before they come to my house or office?
A: YES but only in person at your home or office location. We do not send out any pictures via email, text, or social media.
We do take specific Maid request from the Client but will not guarantee the Maids availability at the time of your scheduled service.
However, as a general rule, if both the Client and Maid can work it out in their schedules, the specific Maid request is usually honored.
Q: Are you going to sell or share any of my customer information?
A: No.
We never would, because we despise that sort of thing. But we recognize that for a service like this, you would want your personal information kept confidential.
Therefore, all Maids and Clients who do business with The 24/7 Group, must sign a NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT for confidentiality and privacy purposes.
Our Clients and Maids love this about our business model. The 24/7 Group is leading the industry in the area of confidentiality, with our Maids and Clients signing a NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT.
Q: OK, but are you going to put me on some sort of mailing list?
A: No.
Not without your written permission.
Upon your request, we will send you occasional emails with our monthly or seasonal specials.
We can always remove your name if you change your mind. We do NOT currently send out mailings through the postal service – we don’t rule it out as we grow, but we would always get your written consent to be added to any postal mailing list.
We understand that many of our clients don’t want their significant others, children, neighbors, mail carriers, et cetera to know they are using our service.
Q: Will your Maid work at any home or office location?
A: If for any reason, we determine that the home or office location is unsafe for our Maid to work, we will decline service and the deposit is non-refundable.
This has never happened yet.
Q: How much does it cost to clean my home?
A: Our housekeeping services are based on an hourly rate; please see our pricing page for specifics. Prices can vary depending on your location and the request of a specific Maid.
Specialty add-on services are available, and we may adjust your pricing at our discretion based on the condition and size of your home or office location. Do keep in mind that this is a “niche” novelty cleaning service and we are slightly more costly than a standard housekeeping service.
However, our 6 and 12 month contracts are priced very similar to a regular cleaning service. As low as $60 per hour (2 hr minimum per week) with a 6 month contract. Therefore, why not have your house cleaned by one of our young, sexy Maids, if the hourly price is similar to a service you currently use, yet only offers regular cleaning attire.
Q: Are there any discounts for first time customers?
A: Obviously, we run specials throughout the year. Fathers Day, Christmas, etc. Please contact us for any special offers available at this time.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: We accept only credit cards for the $75 deposit, but we will let you bring us cash in advance.
At the first appointment, the balance due must be paid in cash at the location.
We do accept company checks after a Client relationship has been established with a 6 or 12 month contract, as this cleaning service is tax deductible for business locations and some home office locations.
All of our cleaning/cooking service is non-refundable upon arrival of the Maid.
Q: How is this going to show up on my credit card statement?
A: We have a parent company with a much more benign name, and the credit card or bank statement will always list the transaction with our parent company’s name, The 24/7 Group.
Q: What services are provided? Can I make certain requests?
A: Your Maid will do cleaning, light housekeeping and cooking duties. The Maid reserves the right to refuse any requests that may be demeaning, dangerous, and illegal.
The Maid will be happy to mix a drink for you, bring you a sandwich, and do any activity that any Maid would normally do for their Client.
As far as specific services we provide, there are a variety of cleaning services we provide. Just ask the MAID for any special requests.
Q: Can I have other people at my place while the Maid is working on site?
A: Only the Client and one approved Client (guest) is allowed on site, at the time the Maid is working at your location.
A guest must be at least 18 yrs old and MINORS are strictly forbidden to becoming a Client or a Guest.
The Maid will gladly cook/clean fully clothed if a minor or non-client needs to enter the premises for an emergency. For prior guest approval please contact The 24/7 Group Mgr.
Q: Who supplies the cooking and cleaning supplies?
Our Maid walks in with only a night bag of which she has her bikini and lingerie attire. All food, cooking utensils, and cleaning supplies must be provided by the Client.
Q: I need to reschedule my housekeeping service. What do I need to do?
A: Please let us know, via text or email, at least 1 calendar day before your regularly scheduled appointment.
Provide us a more convenient cleaning time for you in the future, and we will do our best to accommodate your future scheduling needs.
Q: Cancelled Appointment by the Client or a NO SHOW?
A: If you cancel via email or text, on the same calendar day of service or do not show up to your scheduled appointment that day or do not show up on time; you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee.
However, all Clients are allowed a 15 minute grace period to be late for an appointment time.
The Maid will leave after 15 minutes.
Q: What should I expect during my cleaning/cooking service appointment?
A: A member of our safety staff will arrive at your home or office location. Safety staff will first confirm your identity, looking at your state drivers license or valid picture ID, and then enter the location and assess the number of people present and talk about any animal safety measures necessary to make sure you understand all the policy and procedures, along with terms of service.
Any final paperwork that needs signed will be done at this time as well as paying the balance due for the scheduled cleaning/cooking job. When the details are finalized, the safety staff will go outside and bring the Maid into the home. The Maid will be in normal business attire to greet you. You will provide her access to the privacy of a bathroom or bedroom to change into her bikini or lingerie.
The safety staff, you, and the Maid will then do a walk through of the home or office location as you tell her the areas you want her to work. She will be happy to answer any of your questions.
Safety staff will typically not be in the home during service but this is dependent upon features of the location. In the event that staff does stay in the home during service, they will not remain in the room with the housekeeper and client.
A: Pets at your location need to be secured and kept away from the Maid at all times while the Maid is on site working.
Q: How should I behave during my appointment?
A: This is your time to relax and enjoy some down time in your busy schedule. Have a nice meal and/or get ready to enjoy a clean environment.
Special requests related to cleaning that are not demeaning, dangerous, or illegal are permitted, yet totally up to the Maid to accept or not.
Clients may not be under the influence of illegal drugs or be involved with or use any illegal drugs while the Maid is working.
Violation will terminate the appointment and/or your ongoing contract with a no refund policy violation.
Please refrain from excessive alcoholic consumption and please do not extend any alcoholic drinks to the Maid, as she is not allowed to indulge in alcoholic beverages while working.
A: The safety of our staff as well as our clients is our top priority. Both Maids and Clients undergo reference and job background checks.
Safety staff accompany the Maid to the new Client's location, and may remain in the home (in an adjoining room) or immediately outside the home in the driveway or on the street.
Safety staff checks in with The 24/7 Group office MGR upon arrival to the home or office location and at the end of the job; safety staff and the Maid check in with one another every 30 minutes during the job.
Both clients and staff are encouraged to call the office at any time during a job to address any safety concerns.
Q: Can I take pictures or video?
A: Under no circumstances are photography, pictures, videos, or any filmography acceptable.
Violations will result in immediate termination of the session and/or ongoing contract, with no refund for services provided
A: Yes, tipping with any service industry job is allowed and encouraged for a job well done.
The Maid keeps all tips received from the Client..
Q: Is this service available for anyone?
A: Yes, our service is offered to both male and female customers over the age of 21. Gift certificates are always available by emailing us at bikinimaidservice@yahoo.com.
Q: Do I have to purchase a minimum number of hours?
A: NO.
All scheduled appointments are in 1 hour increments with no minimum purchase.
Time begins when the Maid has changed into her bikini/lingerie attire at the location.
